In May 2011 my fiance (then boyfriend) planned a trip to Shenandoah National Park in Virginia. He picked a trail with a waterfall, which turned out to be a very long hike and more treacherous than we had imagined. When we finally reached the waterfall, he started acting strange and attempted to delay moving up the trail. I didn't know it then, but he was waiting for the other people that were there to leave. There was a hidden trail that he found and suggested we follow it. The path led up to a clearing nearby the waterfall. That's when he got down on one knee and proposed. I didn't believe him at first and was very surprised when I saw the ring. I said "Yes!" and we are getting married July 27th, 2013 at an arboretum. I cannot wait to wear my Justin Alexander 8640 gown!
