Something that often goes overlooked is the seating arrangement for the wedding ceremony. It's an overlooked detail but it sets the tone for the rest of your wedding. Think about it- this is the first thing your guests will experience and will spend anywhere from 30-90 minutes (all depending on how long you keep them waiting). Give your guests something to talk about while they wait for you to walk down the aisle by opting for non-traditional seating arrangements and chairs.
This is also a great way to really explore your wedding's theme and pump up the experience for your guests. If you're having a country wedding use elements you would normally find out in the country like hay bales, mismatched chairs, and worn wood folding chairs.
Work with your space and rather than forcing your guests to sit in straight even rows have them sit in a circular formation around you and your groom. This seating arrangement gives all of your guests an unobstructed view of the ceremony. Having your guest surround you will be a very special way to make your guest feel part of the ceremony by just being closer to you.
