Great Gatsby Inspired Wedding Gowns

This Great Gatsby styled shoot will give you inspiration for your very own roaring 20's themed wedding.

Put your hair in curlers, grab your pearls and red lipstick because we are taking you back to the 1920's. and came together and created a glamourus wedding scene straight out of the roaring twenties.

This shoot captured the sass, sophistication, and glamour of that carefree era. If you're planning a Gatsby inspired wedding- I suggest you look through these pictures for some dazzling ideas:

Justin Alexander Wedding Gowns

All of the wedding gowns used in the shoot were Justin Alexander gowns that featured intricate beading and the most feminine and delicate silhouettes.

Dramatic Makeup

In order to capture the essence of the 1920's you need a dark smokey eye and a plump red lip. You can opt for thin dark eyebrows like the models in the shoot.

Curled and Accessorized

Soft curls and finger waves were all the rage then and still are now. Add a glamorous element to your wedding look by wearing crystal or feather pins in your hair. It'll add that perfect punch of drama to your vintage inspired look.

Peacock and Pearls

The decor for the shoot was inspired by the rich tones in peacock feathers. Deep blue, purple and green were used throughout the decor including the cake and stationary.

Colorful and Embellished

The flowers used have pops of bright tones to complement the bride's look and decor. They even wrapped a string of pearls around the bouquet to add that element of glamour reminiscent of the 1920's.

Tiered and Jeweled

The cake features edible pearl strands around each tier accented by blue and gold edible jewels. Let's just agree that nothing is more glamorous than a cake with pearls and jewels!
